On thursday, january 5, 2017, at approximately 12:30am, the columbus division of police communications center received an emergency 911 call reporting a shooting at 28 e. Northwood avenue. Officers and members from the columbus division of fire (c.F.D.) responded to this location. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, later identified as tarak underiner. Mr. Underiner was pronounced deceased at 12:41am. He family of tarak underiner is offering a $2500 reward for any information leading to the arrest and/or indictment of the person(s) responsible for this crime.
