Mrs. Rose had been last seen alive by friends on 04/28/2004 at approximately 10:00pm in her apartment. Mrs. Rose had just recently relocated to chillicothe, oh from the mansfield, oh area. Investigators at the time of the incident had a suspect in the incident, but not enough evidence to prosecute.
