At approximately 5:30 p.M., officers from south precinct responded to the 100 block of center street south on a call of a person shot. Officers were also alerted several Rounds detected by shotspotter. Officers arrived and found the victim, kellogg, unresponsive on the ground in front of his vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. A female victim was also on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound. Kellogg was pronounced deceased on the scene. The female victim was transported to uab were she was treated for non-life threatening injuries. The female sustained nonlife Threatening injuries.Agency
