On may 24, 1992 at about 1:40 am officers were called to 405 fernwood ave after a gunshot was heard coming from the upstairs apartment. When officers arrived on scene they found vaylicia hutto in the upstairs apartment suffering from at least one gunshot wound. She was rushed to the hospital where she ultimately died from her injuries.Agency
