Marcell t. Smith, b/m, 3/10/1981 on 9-8-2017 at 1526 hours officers were dispatched to the location on a shooting. Upon arrival officers located the victim, marcell t. Smith, in the street suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was declared deceased by ems personnel. Additional information regarding suspects is needed. Det.
