On august 27, 2022, at about 0511 hrs officers received a call for an unresponsive man on the sidewalk in the usually quiet beechwood neighborhood on cedarwood ter. Officers arrived and found 24-year-old christopher sherman dead from multiple gunshot wounds. Investigators believe sherman was shot and killed where he was found. Why sherman was murdered remains a mystery.Agency
