On december 4, 2007, at approximately 1047 hours, officers received a call to respond to 320 e. Mercury blvd. Apt. 60 in reference to a male body found inside of an apartment at 320 e. Mercury blvd. #60. The caller was a friend of cannon's who last saw him the day before when he dropped him at his residence (320 e. Mercury blvd. #60) around 1730 to 1800 hours. The body lying on the floor was cannon. He was deceased. It was later found that cannon had trauma to his throat area, and he had been smothered and manually strangled.Agency
