On 10/12/1996, Ken Westphal's body was found in his home in the 13500 block of Beverly-Edmonds Park Road, Lynnwood. He rented rooms to recovering addicts in various 'TIAS' homes (There Is A Solution) in the Everett to Edmonds area. Some of Ken's property was taken during the murder.
