On april 24, 1996, officers responded on a report of a traffic accident. Upon arrival, it was determined the victim had been shot as he sat inside of his vehicle. The victim was immediately transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately died a short time later. The suspect(s) responsible for the murder of van voong have yet to be identified.
