On june 11, 2012, employees arriving to work at 5001 e. 52nd avenue observed what they believed to be a sleeping transient male behind the business. When they approached this male they observed blood and called 911. The bodies of juan montoya-martinez and antonio aguilar-hernandez were then discovered within a few feet of each other.
