On april 15, 2014, at approximately 2:55 p.M., lvmpd call center received a 9-1-1 call from a person reporting they had discovered a male unresponsive in the flood basin near b st. & owens ave. Patrol officers and medical personnel responded and confirmed the male later identified as michael trudeau, 44, deceased from unknown injuries. Homicide detectives learned trudeau was homeless, lived in the area and had been deceased for a few weeks. Trudeau’s death is considered a homicide.Agency
