On monday, july 19, 2021, at 3:57pm, columbus police officers were called to the 500 block of s. Napoleon ave. On a report of a shooting. On arrival, officers found 29-year-old tyler ross suffering from in apparent gunshot wound. Cfd medic 21 transported ross to grant medical center in critical condition, where he was pronounced deceased at 5:18pm. Detectives determined that ross was inside his residence when an unidentified male arrived. There was brief argument inside the residence, shots were fired and the man fled the residence on foot.Agency
