On 10/07/2002, 24yr old william english was shot to death at his residence at approximately 1:00pm. There was a knock at the door, he opened it and engaged in a conversation with an unknown male. The male, later identified as a black male, shot william several times , killing him. The suspect fled immediately after the shooting. It is believed that the shooting was in retaliation for an incident that occurred earlier in the evening, but the shooter was never identified.Agency
