On october 28, 2004, employees of the rio hotel and casino called lvmpd to report their co-worker theresa insana had not reported in to work for two days with no notification. They explained this was completely unlike theresa and feared for her safety. Lvmpd officers responded to insana's residence and gained entry. Her personal belongings including her purse, and her pet dog were still in the residence. There were bloodstains in the residence. On november 4, 2004 two men operating excavating equipment near arch culvert #11, near hualapai and peace way, observed the decomposing body of a human laying near the culvert. The victim was later identified as theresa insana. Theresa insana 041028-1027the composite shown to the right was created via suspect dna. Investigators are looking for information from those who may recognize someone resembling the composite and was also involved in theresa’s life.
