On march 30th, edgar was involved in an altercation with several people who chased him to 4900 peoria street. Officers were called to this location on a report of a man down. Upon arrival, the officers located the victim and found he had several stab wounds. The victim was taken to the hospital, where he later died as a result of his injuries. At the time of his death, edgar rodriguez-monroy was living at the albrook apartments.Agency
