On february 2, 2019, a vehicle belonging to and believed to have been driven by missing person jacob paddock-weeks was involved in a minor one-car motor vehicle accident near mile post 246 on highway 285 in unincorporated jefferson county, colorado. A person matching his description of wearing a white t-shirt and jeans was seen leaving the scene on foot.
