On october 12, 2016, at approximately 2200 hours, officers were dispatched to the area of pine street and shell road in reference to a man down in the roadway complaint. It was soon upgraded to a shooting victim. Officers learned that a driver had accidentally run over a body lying in the roadway. It was found the victim, satchell, was deceased from several fatal gunshot wounds.Agency
