On october 30, 2000 between 2:30 a.M. And 1:30 p.M., douglas miguel was killed by an unknown suspect in the area of 400 south nebraska street in chandler. He was last seen at a nearby bar before he was found deceased under a tree. Investigators are looking for information on the person of interest listed and believe he may have been in the area around the time of the incident. Suspect: hispanic male, alias "Puma", clean shaven with a young looking face. Distinct tattoo on right arm. Wearing jean shorts, khaki jacket and a baseball hat.
