On november 26, 2022 at 1524 hours, lvmpd dispatch received a call stating the victim had been shot in front of 1117 hassell. Patrol and paramedics arrived and found the victim, hill, down in the street with gunshot wounds. Amr transported the victim to umc where he was later pronounced deceased.Agency
