On february 4, 2006, at 5:34 p.M., officers responded to the intersection of ne failing street and ne garfield avenue, on the report of shots fired. Upon arrival, they found robert wardale seeger, a 24-year-old african-american male, lying on the sidewalk deceased from a gunshot wound. Mr. Seeger was most likely the victim of a robbery. Witnesses reported seeing 5-6 african-american males in their 20’s, wearing hooded coats with the hoods up, and possibly wearing bandannas over their faces. They were seen running north on ne rodney street. Witnesses saw the suspects get into a silver mini-van and they continued north on rodney.
