On may 30, 1994 barry cisco was found shot to death after a person called lvmpd to report a vehicle was blocking their driveway. The investigation revealed barry had been shot in the head, while seated in the driver’s seat of his red ford escort. The caller stated they had heard voices and a possible gunshot between 1:00 a.M. And 3:00 a.M. That morning, but admitted they did not investigate further.Agency
