Ed with tracy. Tracy was able to take a handgun away from the suspect; the other suspect walked up to tracy and shot him multiple times. The recovered handgun was discovered to have been stolen several days earlier during a carjacking. The suspects then ran out of the apartment. Tracy was transported to umc-trauma and underwent surgery. Tracy died, as a result of his wounds, on december 26, 1993.Agency
