On 12-16-84, the victim's body was discovered inside an apartment at 1818 s. Lakeshore by his estranged girlfriend. The victim was found in apartment #203 in his upstairs bedroom lying on the floor. The victim had suffered several gunshot wounds. Robbery is believed to have been the motive. Investigators believe the victim was murdered sometime after 12:00 a.M. On december 11, 1984. Several suspects surfaced during the investigation but were never actually connected with this murder. In addition, witnesses reported seeing a suspicious green vw beetle visiting the victim's apartment around the time of his death.
