On the night of february 10, 1986, jeffrey davenport, a 25-year-old white man, was with his brother and an associate went to stonewall’s market near the intersection of se 72nd and flavel street to buy cigarettes at approximately 10:15 pm. While walking to stonewall’s market, the trio encountered an unidentified white man who they began arguing with. The unidentified white man then shot mr. Davenport and fled. Mr. Davenport was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died a short time later. Jeffrey davenport was reported to be associated with individuals with questionable character. The unidentified white man has been described as being 19 years old to mid twenties, 5 foot 7 inches tall with light brown hair and blue eyes wearing a black jacket and blue jeans. A second unidentified white man was seen fleeing the scene on a red moped shortly after the shooting. He was described as being 17 to 18 years of age, 5 foot 10 inches tall with frizzy reddish, collar length hair wearing a fatigue jacket and blue jeans.Agency
