On June 6, 2003, the victim, Jeremy Logan Lindsay, was attending a San Diego Padre Game/KGB Sky Show at Qualcomm Stadium with several friends. The group was tailgating in the stadium parking lot in the Section A2?A4 area. Words were exchanged with another group of persons in attendance and a physical altercation ensued. The altercation involved multiple individuals and the victim was injured during the altercation. The injury caused the victim to become dazed and confused. Subsequently, the victim became unresponsive and was admitted to a hospital for treatment. The victim underwent several surgeries over an eight week period, but died without regaining consciousness. The victim?s attackers have yet to beidentified.
