On february 24, 1978, officers responded to 30001 bates road for a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers began checking the area and found joseph brandon laying in the driveway and deceased. Brandon was found shot by a 12 gauge shotgun. Brandon did not reside at the residence and his vehicle was found parked along the bottom of the driveway.Agency
