On july 4th , 2006 at just after bar closing at 2:00 am, officers were called downtown to the area of chestnut and lawn st for the report of a large fight. In the parking lot of 15 lawn st. Officers found 28-year-old roy easter dead in a vehicle from multiple gunshot wounds. Witnesses reported seeing multiple people firing gunshots into easters vehicle and then running from the scene.Agency
