In the early morning hours of 11/27/2017 ogden police officers responded to a report of a person who had been shot. The caller said the victim was outside when he was shot by an unknown person. Officers found the victim outside of a residence with gunshot injuries. Witnesses said the victim said the victim was outside when gunshots were fired from a vehicle striking the victim. The victim was struck by the gunfire and fell to the ground. The suspect vehicle then sped away.Agency
