The richmond police department has identified the victim in wednesday morning’s homicide as rosalind p. Gibson, a female in her 40s. At approximately 2:45 a.M. On september 23, 2020, officers responded to the 1100 block of north 25th street for reports of person shot. Once on scene, they found gibson unresponsive on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound.
