On thursday, september 24, 2020 at approximately 1:45 p.M., the victim was driving northbound on 7th avenue from broadway rd. In his honda sedan. A green toyota rav4 pulled alongside the victim’s vehicle and fired into the open driver’s window striking the victim. The victim vehicle swerved into oncoming traffic and collided with a power pole, rolling over in the roadway. The rav4 fled the scene.Agency
