Upon arrival, they located the victim, 25yr old jimmi simpson, inside a vehicle suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Mr. Simpson was pronounced deceased at 11:08pm by cfd medic 18. The second victim, who is not being identified at this time, was uninjured. The suspect(s) then fled the scene.Agency
