On sunday, february 27, 2011 at approximately 2:01 a.M., alexcia salsberry and her girlfriend were sitting in the girlfriend’s vehicle in a parking lot of discount tire located at 5131 west mcdowell road. The suspect drove a white ford expedition next to the girlfriend’s car. As they began to drive away, the suspect fired one round at the girlfriend’s vehicle. The round fatally injured alexcia salsberry who was sitting in the front passenger seat.Agency
