At approximately 6:45 p.M., west precinct officers were responding to a shot spotter notification of approximately 20 rounds of gunfire in the 300 block of 25th street southwest.When officers arrived on the scene, they observed an adult male victim lying in the roadway, unresponsive and suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.Birmingham fire and rescue services arrive on the scene and transported the victim to uab hospital with life-threatening injuries.On friday, november 22, 2024, at 7:22 p.M., the succumbed to his injuries at uab hospital.
