At 1:17 p.M., medics assigned to cfd medic 13 pronounced 31yr old ashley ferguson deceased. Ms. Ferguson was transported to the franklin county morgue and on wednesday, october 16, 2019 the franklin county coroner ruled the death to be the result of a homicide.Agency
