Maria and her daughter, wendy, were attempting to flee from the unknown suspect who was chasing them in a vehicle. In an effort to escape, they ran into a nearby alley. The suspect, however, followed both victims and intentionally struck them with the vehicle. As the victims lay helpless in the alley, the suspect drove back through the alley and again struck each of them with the vehicle. Both maria and her daughter died as a result of their extensive injuries.Agency
