Cause of Death

Info

On june 25, 1981, jack and xenia rabinowitsch were discovered murdered inside their home. Both victims were found face down on the bed with their hands behind their backs. They had been shot and the initial investigation characterized the deaths as an execution. Investigator located several safes, which had been opened, throughout the house. Money, jewelry, and rare coins were still in place. Other items of great value appeared to have gone untouched. One drawer from one of the safes was missing. Relatives indicated that the drawer contained paperwork/documents of unknown origin and/or significance. The rabinowitschs were known for their anti-communist stance and assistance to immigrants from the soviet union. Las vegas detectives worked with agents from the federal bureau of investigation because of possible connections to other related investigations in other states. The person(s) responsible where never identified.
