On october 5, 2020, at 10:40 p.M., patrol officers responded to the intersection of joyce avenue and windsor avenue on an injury accident where a blue chevrolet hybrid vehicle drove off the southwest corner and into a ditch. It was later discovered that the victim, 28yr old roddale garmany, had been shot and was later pronounced at scene. There is no suspect information at this time.Agency
