1/30/1995 bahe was 19 years old when his body was discovered on january 30th, 1995 inside the utah state hospital in provo, utah. He was found to have died from a blunt force injury to his abdomen that resulted in a lacerated liver. He was a patient there undergoing psychiatric evaluation after he was found incompetent to proceed on aggravated assault charges. He was accused of stabbing another patient in november of 1994. His death is being investigated as a homicide but no charges or suspects have been brought forward in his case. In 1995 investigators narrowed their suspects down to one patient, but this person has never been named. Police cited difficulties around the mental health of the other patients and witnesses in investigating this case. Bahe’s murder remains unsolved.
