On 28 april 1982 the victim clair bouvier noel was employed as a clerk at the amoco gas station at the cross street of hwy 301 & adamo drive in tampa. The victim was last seen alive at approximately 8 p.M. On 28 april by customers who stopped at the store and purchased gas and the victim appeared o.K. A witness saw a large semi-rig parked on the highway near the station. A white male, 45-49 years of age, 5'10", 180-200 lbs, receding hair, salt and pepper in color, pot belly, wearing plaid shirt, white t-shirt, old fashion bermuda shorts and flip flops was seen coming into the gas station. The unidentified white male remained in the store when the witnesses left. At 8:06 p.M. The victim was discovered deceased, shot multiple times. The investigation revealed that $70.96 was missing. This remains an unsolved homicide. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call det. Fox with the hillsborough county sheriff's office at (813) 247-0553.
