On 02-20-2023 at 1544 hours, officers were dispatched to 31 st. And van brunt blvd. On a reported shooting. Upon arrival, they located the victim lying on the ground suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to tmc where he was pronounced deceased. During the investigation, it was determined the victim was with two individuals on a city bus prior the homicide and one of those individuals shot the victim.
