On september 28, 2010, construction workers unearthed the skeletal remains of an unknown male while working on a residential property in the manoa area. Investigation revealed that the male had been bound and died from gunshot wounds to the head. Extensive work by the joint pow/mia accounting command (jpac) revealed that the skeleton was likely that of a caucasian male between 40 and 57 years of age and between 5’6″ and 6’2″ tall. The male was wearing a blue short-sleeved shirt, with brown levi panatela pants. Items recovered from his clothing indicate that he was killed no earlier than 1982.Agency
