On monday, april 10th, 2006 adam ezell was talking with a friend outside of life bar, located at 5334 w. Hampton ave, when he was approached by two subjects. A witness described subject #1 as a black male, unknown age, 5’6″ tall, slim build, wearing a gray sweater with the hood up and blue jeans, and subject #2 as a black male, unknown age, 5’9″ tall, heavy set, braided hair, wearing a black coat and light colored blue jeans.The witness said that subject #2 began to punch adam and he was able to break free and run away northbound on n. 54th st. The witness stated they then heard three gunshots coming from where subject #1 and #2 were standing. Adam was found behind a residence in the 4800 block of n. 54th st suffering from gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased from his injuries.
