He Had Previously Banned Him From Their Property, Resulting In An Arrest For Burglary 3Rd And Petit Larceny. Another Suspect Was Found To Have Four Outstanding Warrants For Similar Offenses And Was Arraigned In Penfield Town Court. He Was Released On His Own Recognizance And Given Four Appearance Tickets For His Warrants.
