On 6/8/2014 shortly after 11 p.M. Tpd officers responded to the area of building 11109 within the bristol park apartments for a "Shots heard" call. While investigating, evidence led officers to apartment 3003 where they discovered michael howell deceased inside the apartment. Witnesses advised howell was seen outside talking to an unknown black male a couple of hours before the shooting. In addition, four masked males were seen running from the building and entering a gold or silver suv just after the gunshots were heard.Agency
