On the afternoon of may 29, 1976, members of the denver police department responded to a home located in the baker neighborhood on a report of a shooting. Once inside the residence, the responding officers found 47 year old cecil richards shot to death along with his roommate, billie e. Harris. The suspect(s) responsible for the murder of both mr.
