On november 26, 2008 at about 1130 am officers responded to the corner north and herald st for the mva. Officers found rhian smith alone in the vehicle suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital and pronounced dead a short time later. There are individuals who witnessed this crime and need to come forward to bring closure for the family of rhian smith.
