On saturday, august 30, 2008, at approximately 3:00am, several teens were throwing eggs at vehicles driving on hilliard-rome road north of w. Broad street; 16-year old garrett burton was one of the teens. As a result of one vehicle being struck, a yet unidentified male suspect pursued and shot garrett. 16-year old garrett died at the scene. Investigators are requesting the public's help in solving this senseless murder.Agency
