On 01/10/2017 at 2046 hours officers were dispatched to 12 and paseo on a reported shooting. Upon arrival they observed a black vehicle with the passenger side-door open, engine running and facing northbound. The victim, donald coty jr., was located in the driver's seat and appeared to have been shot. He died at the scene.
