Info

On jan. 29, 2013, a 32-year-old mother was found fatally shot in her roslindale apartment carly jones was discovered by a friend who had dropped off jones’ daughter from school. When the friend approached the apartment, she noticed the front door had been left open. She instructed the child to wait outside as she entered the home and found the victim deceased. The multiple-family dwelling where carly lived is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on fawndale road. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry in the building’s main entrance or in the apartment. Police believe that jones knew her killer and that a tenant unwittingly let the shooter in through the main entrance.
