On january 16, 2015, officers were dispatched to the intersection of 2100 ne green oaks blvd. And burney rd. Regarding a hit and run accident. A vehicle, possibly described as a dark grey 2007 - 2010 chrysler 300, ran the red light and struck the victim in the crosswalk. The suspect fled the location. Kelly walters was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced deceased from her injuries.Agency
